We have tried to make sure that our website is easy to use (especially this page!) and that it makes purchasing greetings cards online nice and simple for you, so that you can concentrate on the fun bit...finding that perfect card!
Postage & Packing
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS!
All items are carefully packed and where we feel necessary will be sent in a board backed envelope marked "PLEASE DO NOT BEND"
All orders received are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.

If you wish for your order to be delivered outside of the UK mainland then please contact us before placing your order and we will happily try to arrange this for you. (Please note that your order may incur a different postage & packing charge and that the free delivery may not apply)
Placing an Order
Purple Greetings Cards uses PayPal to manage transations. When you place an order with us, it's done using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method, this means that your details are encrypted before the information goes from your computer to PayPal to ensure secure online shopping.
If any item/s are out of stock or we have any other query with your order we will contact you by e-mail. If we don't receive a reply to our e-mail we may try to contact you by telephone (if you have given us your number). If we have tried to contact you, please try to reply as soon as you can as we may not be able to dispatch your order if we have an unanswered query. We will not substitute an out of stock item without your prior permission.
When placing an order, please make sure that you enter your details carefully! Especially names, addresses (including full postcodes!) and your e-mail address. It would be a shame for your delivery to be delayed due to a simple misspelling or a forgotton postcode.
If you would like your special order sent to you in an unmarked envelope then please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order and we will arrange this for you if your order has not already been dispatched.

Your receipt will be sent to you by e-mail from PayPal once your purchase has been completed. We do not send a duplicate receipt with your order as we feel this is unnecessary and not very environmentally friendly.
Please note that your order may vary ever so slightly from the images on this website, as we hope you can appreciate that it is not very easy to display some items to their full quality for online shopping. For example, a card that has a special finish such as UV glitter varnish.

Refunds
If for any reason you are unsatisfied within 7 days of receipt of your order with any items, then we will happily provide you with a refund provided that any item/s have been unopened, written on or damaged in any way. You will be expected to pay the return postage and packing costs. Upon receipt of your returned item/s we will provide you with a full refund via your original payment method. Your original postage and packing charge will only be refunded if all of your order is returned.
